In the meantime I opened a bug against Community->CI-Jenkins... We recently had the same need for LSP4E. The answer is that you need to move to JIRO and use an agent (eg centos-8) that provides java 11 and switch to this agent. Older, non-JIRO instances, are not really supported any more.
