I thought so too, but now I'm not sure, since I re-submitted the patch as a new 
commit a few minutes ago (as 
https://git.eclipse.org/r/c/simrel/org.eclipse.simrel.build/+/173530) and it 
did not work automatically.

Perhaps there is still something wrong.
