Hi, Your Gerrit review was built and merged by the Validate job on the new SimRel Jiro instance (https://ci-staging.eclipse.org/simrel/job/simrel.runaggregator.VALIDATE.gerrit/). So there was no delay and no issue.
To avoid further confusion, I've re-enabled the validate job on the old JIPP. Until further notice, please disregard https://ci-staging.eclipse.org/simrel.
