We are dealing with missing data on a case-by-case basis via bugs.  And
yes, data loss can lead to "corruption". In this case, Gerrit is not
finding objects because they are missing. If the developers can locate
them in their local git repos, they should be pushed up. Let's keep
discussing your particular issues on on the bugs.
