Hi,

After a few minor hiccups and a bit ahead of schedule, the upgrade to
the latest Jenkins LTS version (2.289.3) is done now.

During the upgrade we found a few CI instances that do not seem to be
used anymore. I will create dedicated issues and contact the projects.
