I'm seeing all the package pages, like https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release/2021-09/r/eclipse-ide-enterprise-java-and-web-developers, say "This package was released on 09/15/2021. A newer package is available here." at the top of their pages. Is that just me?
