When I use wget to fetch https://github.com/fabioz/Pydev/releases/download/pydev_9_2_0/content.jar I see a redirect to https://objects.githubusercontent.com/[..]. Not sure if the same rules and restrictions apply for objects.githubusercontent.com as for raw.githubusercontent.com.
