FYI,
We're all set for the release tomorrow.
Our creative Webdev team has been preparing new pages:
https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/it/websites/eclipse.org/-/issues/106
The repos and packages are mirrored, ready to be revealed. The product
catalogs are tested and ready to commit.
A new release of JustJ Java 11.0.14.1 has been tested and published:
https://download.eclipse.org/justj/jres/11/updates/release/11.0.14.v20220314-1349
I've update the report generator to properly deal with the current
SimRel expectations. E.g., here is the report for the Platform SDK 4.23
release repo:
https://download.eclipse.org/oomph/archive/reports/download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.23/R-4.23-202203080310/index.html
The generator now reports PGP signed content, including links to a key
server for details about the PGP signing key:
The report no longer complains about expired certificates but rather
tests whether the artifact was properly signed during the validity
period of the certificate.
Unfortunately several Orbit bundles have such invalid signatures:
https://download.eclipse.org/oomph/archive/reports-extra/orbit/download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/latest-R/index.html
This bug is open to track the problem:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=579250
Fortunately all these jars are signed twice, where the second signature
is valid:
The following issue was uncovered while implementing the report
generator improvements:
https://github.com/eclipse-equinox/equinox.framework/issues/3
Note that Equinox has migrated to github!
Of course the report generator no longer complains about missing pack.gz
artifacts because that's now expected, so other than the minor signing
glitch that users won't notice, things look good:

Regards,
Ed
