It worked for me. Were you logged in? Sometime logging in gets to be a
problem because of "too many cookies"; it seems 180 is a limit. So I go
and remove all Eclipse cookies and then logging in works properly for a
few weeks. I submitted your Gerrit for you just now. Perhaps open a
helpdesk issue if you still can't log in after cookie cleanup...
