FYI,
The signing service used by the eclipse-winsigner-plugin has been
upgraded to produce sha256 signatures instead of sha1 signatures:
https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/helpdesk/-/issues/2011
It's possible that you may need to version bump bundles containing a
*.exe or a *.dll that is being signed...
