Hm! This package is located in the same bundle as the old and deprecated class org.eclipse.jface.databinding.swt.WidgetProperties.
The new package should be provided in every release for maybe the last 3 years, since 2019-06, Platform version 4.12, bundle version 1.9.0. And certainly in all releases where the old version is deprecated. It surely must exist in RAP also! Are you sure you're not using a really old target platform when you are compiling?
