Maven 3.9.0 has know issues and 3.9.1 was already released, any reason
not to skip 3.9.0 and head over directly to 3.9.1?

Maven 3.9.0 has been deployed to all Jenkins instances a few days ago,
but I forgot to send out the notification. So here it is.
Note that apache-maven-latest has also been switched to 3.9.0,
since no regressions have been reported in the last 4 weeks.
