There are new releases of Java 11, 17, and 21 available:

The full slate of architectures supported by the Eclipse SDK are
available for each.
I've tested 17.0.9 with the Eclipse Installer and used it to install EPP
M2 packages using that JRE; all works fine. This will be used for the
M3 EPP packages.
