FYI
The Eclipse Eierlegende Wollmilchsau RC1 starts without wiring errors
and moreover it starts quickly without global warming. This is the first
time in many years that this just works! So I want to thank *all of you
*for the tremendous efforts you've made on updates to third party
dependencies!
The Platform has already contributed its RC2 build, and I see many of
you have already contributed final builds too, so we are in the home
stretch now!

Hi everyone,
The 2023-12 RC1 release is live on the site!
https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release/2023-12/rc1
The "Eclipse IDE for Scientific Computing" package is no longer listed
because it is deprecated.

Jonah,
Things are looking improved!
The Eierlegende Wollmilchsau starts without wiring errors (yeah!)
and it starts quickly (wow!), without my machine's fans coming on.
There is only one error in the log on startup for an ECF. Details here:
https://github.com/eclipse/ecf/issues/83
PHP starts with a few errors, but I think it's because I had the
Eierlegende Wollmilchsau IDE open and it was already using the ports:
There was an NPE visiting preference pages:
https://github.com/eclipse-pdt/pdt/issues/260
Scout starts cleanly. There was one error visiting all the
preference pages, but it's kind of devoid of information about the
cause:

packages still actively maintained?/
I have been following the steps on

can see the checkmarks as to what is done.
