Triggered by
https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/helpdesk/-/issues/4011, we are
announcing the removal of the following outdated JDKs from our list of
available JDKs for builds in Jenkins:
* oracle-jdk5-latest /opt/tools/java/oracle/jdk-5/latest = 1.5.0u22
* oracle-jdk6-latest /opt/tools/java/oracle/jdk-6/latest = 1.6.0u45
* oracle-jdk7-latest /opt/tools/java/oracle/jdk-7/latest = 1.7.0u80
If you still use any of those JDKs, please consider upgrading to at
least JDK 8. Any project that still has a good reason to use JDK 5,6 or
7 will need to create a dedicated docker image to continue using them.
Removal is scheduled for Monday, December 4, 2023.
