Nobody prevents developers to create window when main document is loaded,
so, we can just "assume" and "suppose" that this will never happen.
Of course, we can write guidelines and document that this _must_ not be
done. Another problem I see is Tizen legacy apps support that Riju is
implementing.
Tizen .wgt apps have main document that will create window immediately when
document is loaded, therefore, when legacy app is installed it would be
launched.
Riju would need to implement different "code path" for Tizen .wgt app
installation.
