Hi all,

following discussions in some of the PR comments, I wanted to clarify how the
automatic update of Jira issues works at the moment:

- Any reference to an issue id (XWALK-N) in the PR description will
result in a mention of the PR in the corresponding Jira issue

- Any line in the PR description starting with "BUG=" (case sensitive)
that includes an issue id will resolve the corresponding issue in Jira when the
PR is merged

- If a PR doesn't completely fix an issue, do not use the "BUG="
prefix (but do mention the issue ID). Only use "BUG=" when the PR fixes the
issue

- If a PR fixes multiple issues, reference them in separate lines all
starting with "BUG="

- Only opening and closing PRs result in a comment in Jira, update
doesn't

- Although the prefix is "BUG=", this mechanism applies to feature and
tasks as well

Although this isn't the most elegant set of rules, it is based on the practice
that was already existing in the project when the automatic update was
implemented. Improvement ideas are welcome, but keep in mind that requesting
people to adopt new practices is usually a lengthy and error-prone process,
therefore we'd like to keep the changes to a minimum.
