Have you tried building your app with "./cordova/build"? 

QA didn’t meet such issue either with "./cordova/build" or "./cordova/run". 
Could you report a bug to Crosswalk JIRA and attach your sample?

Not sure if this is how these lists work but I'm just trying to bump this 
because I haven't heard anything in two weeks.
