Crosswalk works on Fire TV Stick but there is a bug about the device: https://crosswalk-project.org/jira/browse/XWALK-3124 , developers are working on it. Basically if the device supports Open GL ES 2.0 or higher, it will enable WebGL in Crosswalk for the stick.
