1. What’s the test device and Android version? 2. What’s the video format? 3. Could you please share some sample code? There are some bugs about playing video on specific devices/versions in Crosswalk Jira, e.g. XWALK-4425<https://crosswalk-project.org/jira/browse/XWALK-4425> . The XWALK-5283<https://crosswalk-project.org/jira/browse/XWALK-5283> indicates that video can be played without black screen on Asus Memo Pad 8(android 4.4) so we need more details from you. And this produce XWALK_CORE_SHELL.APK . I use this APK to test HTML5 video. The problem is that it can't normally play video except for full screen mode. In the state of non full screen, all I can see is a black screen. But when I turn to full screen mode, it becomes normal and it becomes black when turn back to non full mode.
