Hi. The Chrome version on our device is 47.0.2526.83
The GPU is Imagination Technologies PowerVR SGX 544MP. I add that info because I read somewhere that Android/Chrome blacklists some GPUs and I don't know if that might have any bearing on this. I'll test with Crosswalk 16 and see if the performance changes. Thanks for the help.
