Please update your xwalk to version 20, because we have changed the implementation of shouldoverrideurlloading. Please see https://crosswalk-project.org/jira/browse/XWALK-6630 for more details. I guess you have chosen WPS as the default app to open some files before. So you can try reinstall WPS. Anyway, Xwalk 15 is a little old, you can try new version firstly.
