You can configure this command line in config.xml after installing Cordova plugin. <preference name="xwalkCommandLine" value="--disable-pull-to-refresh-effect --ignore-gpu-blacklist" /> You can also add a file named xwalk-command-line to assets directory with https://crosswalk-project.org/documentation/about/faq.html#Canvas-and-WebGL-support
