Hi everyone, I've spent the last few days tying to solve an issue we're seeing with a live app on Android 7 (Nougat). The issue is that a call to decodeAudioData with an ArrayBuffer fails, resulting in the following error:
DOMException: Unable to decode audio data Loading the exact same file through a web page in Chrome works, while the xwalk web view does not. I've been poring through bugs related to the media pipeline but have not found a workaround. The ones that seems related: https://crosswalk-project.org/jira/browse/XWALK-6703 https://crosswalk-project.org/jira/browse/XWALK-6792 https://crosswalk-project.org/jira/browse/XWALK-6874 https://crosswalk-project.org/jira/browse/XWALK-7231 I have tried multiple versions of xwalk, going back to 18, but have not been able to get anything to work correctly. With the crosswalk webview plugin in cordova, I have also tried passing the flag "--disable-unified-media-pipeline" as part of the xwalkCommandLine preference but haven't had any success there. We're starting to get complaints from users coming in regarding this and I'd love to try to get a fix out as soon as possible. Has anyone seen anything similar? I'm struggling to figure out where to go from here. Many thanks, Dale -- Dale Beermann CEO, Co-founder Pacifica Labs Inc. http://www.thinkpacifica.com 608-332-7221
