I tidied up our list of meeting notes / videos, making the links more
descriptive and removing cruft, and then merged it with the Sprints page, and
refactored into a separate Meetings page:
https://github.com/crowbar/crowbar/wiki/Meetings
I also removed the links to the etherpads (except the current sprint), since
they are no longer the authoritative source, and we don't want anyone editing
them anyway.
Hopefully this work will make it easier for everyone to peruse old meetings,
and make the project friendlier to newcomers.
