James, I have submitted a pull-request that changes the KIWI build specs for OpenSUSE 12.3 so that it is possible to build an ISO via the ./dev tool.
I would appreciate if you would carefully check over the changes and merge them in if they meet with your approval. The changes allow generation of an ISO that has been deployed in a KVM VM. The installation requires keyboard interaction. The resulting installed system does not auto-start Crowbar. Please let me know when is a good time to connect up to discuss the principals behind the smoke-test environment and how this impacts the design of the ISO build process. Cheers, John T.
