Hm, known to who? I seemed that none of the involved maintainers knew about the
grub issue until we reported a few weeks ago. And both issues only show up when
building on 12.3, so they can't be that old :).

The other bug is already fixed in the kiwi git repos, it just needs to be
released to the updates channel.

Building in the chroot is still the default (when building locally) so that's
what I used. But thanks for hinting towards kvm and lxc I'll try that out.
