i created 2 iso with the options
./dev switch /feature/grizz;y/openstack-os-build
and
./dev switch /feature/pfs-folsome/openstack-os-build

both result in a failure when bringing up crowbar

"/opt/dell/bin/barclamp_lib.rb:446:inrun_sub_command':
/opt/dell/bin/barclamp_lib.rb:446:in run_sub_command':
/usr/lib/ruby/1.8/net/http.rb:560:ininitialize': Connection refused -
connect(2) (Errno::ECONNREFUSED)"

when looking at /opt/dell/crowbar_framework/log/production.log

i found that it required initializer gem.

see this piece of code in crowbar_framework/config/boot.rb

  class GemBoot < Boot     def load_initializer       self.class.load_rubygems
     load_rails_gem       require 'initializer'     end

after some searching it seems that this is something that is done with rails 2
but rails 3 is installed.
