I think you're raising a valid point: There have been questions raised
on the list (not only purely user-centric but also user-centric
indeed) and those were not answered. I can't really judge if there
would be many silent listeners on the mailing list that are hesitant
to answer those questions, fact is that it doesn't happen.

Looking at http://crowbar.github.io/docs/getting-help.html, which is
the only page that I can find for user centric Q&A,  the first two
links on the page are already stale (HTTP 404), and the last one
points to this very mailing list. So it looks like we advertise it as
a user mailing list to me, not as a development mailing list.

And to be honest: I don't see that much development discussion here on
this list in the last months.. Most activitiy is in the PRs
themselves, which is the "dev" discussion forum anyway already.
