[Cruisecontrolrb-users] The project build migration in 1.2 should preserve the original time stamp

I tried adding this as a report but Jira was having problems when I clicked the final 'create' button.

The project build migration in 1.2 should preserve the original time stamp so that the correct build date/time is reported. I used the following changes:

migrate.diff
