Thank you Jakob. I had a couple of thoughts:
1) Swapping the default hadoop.version and hbase.version to Apache releases
instead of CDH. I was thinking 1.0.3 for hadoop and 0.92.1 for hbase.
2) We'll need to propagate the pom.xml changes to examples/ and scrunch/ as
well, but I don't object to putting those in a separate JIRA.
