Right now there is no clean way to support BSON via jackson-smile in CDH-3
because of dependency conflicts: CDH-3 comes with versions of jackson-core-asl
and jackson-mapper-asl that are incompatible with any version of jackson-smile.
Because of this we temporarily drop BSON support and thus the dependency to
jackson-smile.
This has been discussed in CRUNCH-16 and there have been no objections on
crunch-dev.
