As discussed on crunch-dev we have to clean up namespaces:
* Change Scrunch base package from "org.apache.scrunch" to
"org.apache.crunch.scrunch"
* Rename Maven module "scrunch" to "crunch-scrunch" and change the artifactId
accordingly
* Rename Maven module "examples" to "crunch-examples"
