Fix For: 0.4.0
Version 11 of the ASF Parent POM has been released, which means we can remove
some more stuff from our POM. Also, the latest version of the m2e plugin allows
us to get rid of lifecycle mappings for the build-helper-plugin. This means we
don't have to add src/it directories manually in Eclipse anymore.
