[Jaren Johnston] Here's a patch that reverts the page doubling, but keeps the drintk and minor indentation changes. The second one removes explicit __func__ prefixes from all dprink's, which already includes it in its definition. They're numbered to fit with the other patches. Thanks, Jaren
