Ok let's be specific. I can just attack your system by looking for valid
english grammar... You can't win this. If you use a fixed known language
(i.e english) I can search for it. Yes by having a conditional decoder only
output A-Z makes it harder (I don't think that can be 1-1 since binary
messages will not be compressible, otherwise your decoder would have to
output not just A-Z which violates your statement) but as long at some point
there is a lang I know I can search it.

It maps all messages made up of only letters A-Z to "ALL binary files"
you pick the number and values of bytes you want and when uncompressed
it goes to files of A-Z and is BIJECTIVE. It does violate what I have
said unless you twist it your mind.

Yes you can search for langue. Guess what especailly for short messages
there will be many possible solutions. You still may have a problen
decideing what of a few hundred is the correct anwser. Its hard to
make a computer program check if its vaulid especially if the writer
sucks at spelling

Hmm... I don't follow ya. If your decompressor only outputs A-Z then it
can't accept binary files (and vice versa). Which clearly violates your 1-1
statement.
Or do you mean it expands the file using A-Z as the base? Aww... but still
the "english grammar" will kick ya since random A-Z will still not look
right ...SDKHQWIORYQWEUIHFWEJFHWEJKFHWEIFWUIRYWUIHIO ....

Simple decorrelated cipher :-)
Basically pick a p=prime in GF(2^32). Then make up eight key pairs <a,b>
for the function F(x) = ax + b mod p (GF math). Obviously making the <a, b>
pairs via a key schedule is a good idea. Then use F as your round function.
If in each round you use a different pair and they are somewhat random and
independent then diff/linear attacks become impossible.
I implemented such a 8-round feistel and I got 121 cycles per block on my
Athlon 800mhz (that's 6.5 Million blocks per second). About the same speed
as 12-round RC5.
I was wondering what other attacks are possible? (assume a good key
schedule).
