The public comment meeting will be held Friday in Building 46 of the Hewlett-Packard campus. I'm told that the best way to get there is to go to the Wolfe Road exit of I280 and go north one block. My earlier message gave the correct date, but the subject line said "Thursday". The misprint in the building is the BXA's fault.
