Says Command not found

I downloaded Cryptopp ver 5.1, and I compiled according to the instructions. It created both libcryptopp.a and Cryptest.exe. But How should I execute the commands from command prompt. If I give crytest g or any other from the same directory where these to files resides, it says command not found.. I'm in the process of evaluating Cryptopp on Linux, Please help me out.
