Crypto++ does not have an interface for encrypting with the private key.  
This is not a useful cryptographic operation, since the public key is by
definition public and so anyone would be able to decrypt your message.

Perhaps what you're thinking is signing with the private key, in which
case you might want to look at the sample code for signing.
