No, but if someone is willing to pay for it, it may now be possible to get 
the Crypto++ source code validated, so that you can compile it on any 
compatible platform/compiler and obtain a validated DLL or .lib file. The 
OpenSSL people apparently persuaded NIST to allow this, but it came too 
late for Crypto++.

Why do you need a non-Processor Pack version of Crypto++, BTW? As far as I 
know there are no downsides to the Processor Pack.
