Crypto++ 5.2 Dll Usage

Hi,

i would like to know whether the crypto++ 5.2 dll can be use in other 
application eg. Visual Basic 6 or Powerbuilder 8. If yes, then can any 
guru come with a usage or sample because it would be helpful for newbie 
like me.
