If you look at project settings for adhoc.cpp.proto in the cryptlib project,
there is a custom build step that is supposed to copy adhoc.cpp.proto to
adhoc.cpp. Can you check why it's not working on your machine?

The VS2005 solution has a file named "adhoc.cpp" under the project
cryptest. That file does not exist in the distribution and thus causes
a compilation straight out-of-the-box to fail .
However, there *is* a file named "adhoc.cpp.proto", though...
Really excited about this new release. Will give it a swing right away!
