thanks! Now the problem was solved,but the code running to
//load private and public element

x.BERDecode(privFile);
would throw the exception:
Unhandled exception at 0x7c812a5b in TestLib.exe: Microsoft C++
exception: CryptoPP::BERDecodeErr at memory location 0x0012f47c..
