Open the offending file (the one including intrin.h) and guard the
include on Windows CE:

#if !defined(WINCE)
#  include <intrin.h>
#endif

PPC 2003 is kind of old. If you are not limited by old hardware, add
the latest SDKs (SmartPhone and Pocket PC).

Windows Mobile 6.5 SDK:

Windows Mobile 6.0 SDK:

Windows Mobile 5.0 SDK - PocketPC:

Windows Mobile 5.0 SDK - SmartPhone:

Painting with a broad brush, a PocketPC has a touch screen (with
larger screen real estate), while a SmartPhone does not.
