You might want to grab this, too: http://www.cryptopp.com/wiki/PEM_Pack. Its purely utility related, but its helpful, especially if you are interop'ing with OpenSSL. I released it under the same license as the Crypto++ library.
I can also change FHMQV's license if needed (it should be the same terms as Crypto++, but I don't recall).
