I wouldn't use it regularly.
Usually I just use the "Rebuild" feature from VS (if testing for
something) and as we have so many updates at the moment I also just
re-download the library for error tests.

But there is a scenario where I'd use this script:
I have changed something in the library, all the builds are working and
I want to see if I can repro the working build with a "fresh-looking"
version. I guess this will be more common once I hop in and develop a
bit more stuff so I think it will be used, but not too often.
