Hi Everyone, This pull request came in recently: "Fix Visual Studio compilation with _HAS_EXCEPTIONS=0" (http://github.com/weidai11/cryptopp/pull/152).
I'm kind of shying away from it, but I want to make sure I'm not missing something. I also want to make sure there's some consensus.
