It didn't break any of my VS2015 builds and we got a solid speed
improvement on x86 so as long as we make sure to not break other
compilers with an add-in I think we should go for it.

I'm not sure how this affects versioning though and so we may have to
push it in config.h.recommend (only) instead of config.h, but I'll leave
that one up to you.
