The Omnet++ folks are probably going to be most useful for you. http://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/omnetpp. I can't speak for others, but I have no idea what Omnet++ is or what you use it for. The screen looks something like an Eclipse wizard. Maybe ist a derivative and the Eclipse folks will be able to help you out. Also, tools lie Eclipse usually configure the library incorrectly.
