We have an open issue for Cmake at Issue 335: CMake-based Xcode build fails to build any library, https://github.com/weidai11/cryptopp/issues/355.
There's also an accompanying pull request at PR 357, CMake: allow disabling the intermediate objects target, https://github.com/weidai11/cryptopp/pull/357.
